We rented containers for our big move and they were the best decision. The process was so easy and the containers were sturdy. Colin was so easy to communicate with to set up pick up and returns. I love that this option is better for the environment and that I didn't have to buy and then store my own containers. We will definitely use Packwell in the future for our moving needs. Thanks so much Colin!

PACKwell was such a lifesaver for our move. The boxes are so easy to move (MUCH easier than cardboard) and the pickup/drop off process was easy. I absolutely love how we were able to keep them for a few weeks, my partner and I work out of town so it was so nice having an extra week to pack. PACKwell is a great company, I’d recommend them to anyone!!

Colin was very responsive to our request for storage boxes. When dropping them off he was good to advise that we should plan for bigger boxes and more boxes than we initially thought we needed. They were all used. Convienent service and good value. I would highly recommend using Packwell

We came across Packwell Moving Supplies when we were looking to clean up our house to sell it, and eventually move. We loved renting boxes that were sturdy, easily movable and stackable and would be reused again. Colin was incredibly responsive with our needs. He even dropped the boxes off for us at our door step, and then picked them up at our new place. We were very impressed and would definitely use this service in the future (but hopefully we never move again) :)

I had an outstanding experience with Colin! He went above and beyond to provide excellent service and support throughout my move. I rented moving supplies from his company, and not only were the supplies in great condition, but he also allowed me to use the moving supplies for up to 2 months without any additional charges—something I truly appreciated as a new mom busy with raising a 3 year old and a 7 month old. Colin was professional, helpful, and incredibly accommodating, making the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Packwell to anyone in need of reliable moving supplies and excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again for future moves! Thank you again!

I highly recommend Packwell!! They provided me with 20 like new bins along with other packing materials. When I was done with the bins they were promptly picked up and I received my deposit in full before they were loaded in the truck. Colin offers fast, efficient and friendly service!

Colin was great to deal with. He has help find a solution that was needed in the moving process. Providing bins that you can rent with limited time restrictions was very valuable for me and my wife. Thanks Colin

Incredible! I can’t say enough about the service we received from Colin at Packwell. The totes made our move so much easier. We are from Saskatchewan and picked up the totes when we were in Calgary. We fit 50 into our truck and will be keeping them until we relocate as we are living at our cottage for now. Colin’s policy of keeping as long as you need them has really helped us. Would highly recommend Packwell for anyone. Thanks Colin!

I’m really not sure how this move would have gone without Packwell. What a life saver their service was. It alleviated a ton of stress, sped up the process, and was just the right tool for the job. The service was incredible. All in all a 10/10 experience!

Great idea instead of buying masses of boxes from the big box stores or from places like Facebook. Prices for renting the totes are pretty much equivalent to buying boxes without all the hassles of taping and collapsing and getting rid of the cardboard boxes at the end of the move. The packing paper Colin sells is way better value than when you buy from elsewhere as well. The totes we rented were all clean and in good condition and Colin inspected every single tote and lid before accepting them back from us so he takes good care of his property. He delivered them when he said he would and because we managed to unpack a lot of our items quickly he came out at 8pm in the evening to pick them up and refund our deposit. All in all a great experience that I wish I had known about before

Packwell's services were outstanding! Definitely recommend! 10/10. Great price and the quality of products is awesome. The totes are way more efficient than scrambling with boxes that fall apart and easily stack up to 3 high for easy moves if you have a cart/dolley to roll them on. The team was also very easy on us as we immediately went on a holiday and couldn't return the boxes right away with all the chaos in our lives with the move. This allowed us to slowly unpack and get organized instead of scrambling to return to the boxes. We will be using their services again for our next move!
